About Me
I’ve spent more than 20 years working with children, families, teams, and environments — from hospitality leadership and operations management to nannying and family support.
My approach blends kindness, clarity, emotional intelligence, structure, and freedom. I believe kids thrive when they feel safe, capable, connected, and deeply engaged with the world around them.
